Pre-Qualification for Establishment of Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiology at Gujranwala

The Infrastructure Development Authority of The Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals for the establishment of the Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiology located in Gujranwala. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended up to date). Items being procured: - Construction of buildings and infrastructure development - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery The scope includes comprehensive construction and infrastructure development covering civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting works along with external development. The project area covers approximately 267,913 square feet. The required PEC category for bidders is C-A. All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The PQ document and detailed requirements are available on ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response time is calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the PPRA website. The PQ proposal must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 23rd October 2026 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any other mode will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and submission through the official e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
