Pre-Qualification of Firms for Procurement of Poultry Feeds

The Poultry Research Institute Punjab, Rawalpindi invites applications for Pre-Qualification of firms including poultry feed manufacturers, suppliers, and authorized dealers registered with relevant authorities such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. This pre-qualification is for procurement of poultry feeds for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Supply of approximately 300,000 bags of poultry feed (each bag 50 kg) in the form of Crumbs and Pellets. The feed is intended for Government Poultry Farms located at Freight On Road (F.O.R) bases including Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Multan, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Dina, Gujrat, Attock, Mianwali, Bahawalnagar, Rakh Ghulaman (Bhakkar), Governor House Lahore, and other government poultry farms under the Directorate of Poultry Research Institute Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria include good reputation, relevant experience, past performance, capabilities related to feed plant and storage facilities, financial position, taxation documents, and a valid Feed Mill Registration License. The procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended) and PPRA Act 2009. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 28-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Pre-qualification documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
