Pre-Qualification of Registered Nurseries for Provision of Certified Citrus/Lemon Plants

The Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management) Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the pre-qualification of registered nurseries to supply certified Citrus and Lemon plants under the ADP-funded project titled 'Transformation of Agriculture in Thal'. This project, approved by the Government of Punjab, aims to implement agricultural transformation over three years (2026-27 to 2028-29) across Thal, covering Bhakkar, Layyah, Mianwali, Jhang, Muzaffargarh, and Kot Addu districts. The project includes the provision of Citrus/Lemon plants on 10,000 acres on a cost-sharing basis. Items being procured: - Certified Citrus Plants - Certified Lemon Plants Nurseries with proven competence and experience in supplying these plants are invited to participate. The technical scope requires nurseries to have appropriate in-house expertise and meet criteria outlined in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD). Interested nurseries registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) can download the PQD free of cost from https://ofwm-agripunjab.punjab.gov.pk/, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. EOIs must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17-11-2026 at 02:30 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. EOIs will be publicly opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the Committee Room of Agriculture Department, 2nd Floor, New P&D Tower, 2-Bank Road, Lahore, and online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Nurseries must ensure all information is accurate and complete; false or forged statements will lead to disqualification. The department reserves the right to withdraw the EOI at any time.
