Pre-Qualification for Supply and Services Companies for Installation of High Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEISs) under Transformation of Agriculture in Thal

The Agriculture Department Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of Supply and Services Companies, Firms, AoPs, Sole Proprietors, and Joint Ventures for the installation of High Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEISs) under the ADP-funded project titled 'Transformation of Agriculture in Thal'. This project spans three years (2026-27 to 2028-29) and covers Thal including Bhakkar, Layyah, Mianwali, Jhang, Muzaffargarh, and Kot Addu districts. The project components include installation of solar coupled HEISs on 11,000 acres on a cost-sharing basis, solar coupled drip irrigation systems on 10,000 acres, and solar powered sprinkler irrigation systems on 1,000 acres. Items being procured: - Installation of Solar Coupled High Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEISs) on 11,000 acres - Solar Coupled Drip Irrigation Systems on 10,000 acres - Solar Powered Sprinkler Irrigation Systems on 1,000 acres Interested companies must have specific and proven competence and experience in installation of HEISs. Eligible Supply and Services Companies, Firms, AoPs, Sole Proprietors, and JVs registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with appropriate in-house expertise are invited to submit EOIs. The Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) can be downloaded free of cost from https://ofwm-agripunjab.punjab.gov.pk/, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and Punjab e-Procurement System portal https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. EOIs must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) on or before 16-11-2026 at 02:30 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. EOIs will be publicly opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the Committee Room of Agriculture Department, 2nd Floor, New P&D Tower, 2-Bank Road, Lahore and online through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Applicants must ensure all information is relevant and complete, avoiding generic promotional literature. Any misinformation or forged statements will lead to disqualification. The department reserves the right to withdraw the EOI at any time.
