Pre-Qualification for Repair, Maintenance and Civil Works at Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah

Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for various repair, maintenance, and civil works at the Machine Gun Factory and Admin Block in Wah. The department seeks experienced contractors capable of handling multiple specialized tasks within the factory premises. Items being procured: - Term contract for Artificer work including repair, maintenance, and minor works of buildings inside MGFy and Admin Block - Term contract for periodical services of buildings in MGFy/Admin block - Supplying and fixing 1st class soft wood Almerah at PA to GM, Mgr-Svs, Purchase & Admin Office at Admin Block - Replacement of damaged CGI sheet roof of G-13 Boiler shop - Repair and maintenance of Toilet block at G-02 - Whitewashing at G-01, G-05, G-10 & G-11 Shops - Replacement of Corridor tiles at Admin block - Replacement of Doors of offices/buildings in MGFy/Admin block The scope includes civil repair, maintenance, whitewashing, woodwork, roofing, and tile replacement within the factory and administrative buildings. Contractors must demonstrate financial capacity, relevant experience, and valid registrations including MES, PEC, SECP, and FBR. Required documents include firm profile, experience records, financial statements, equipment lists, staff qualifications, tax certificates, and litigation status. Tender documents will be issued to prequalified firms by DCW. Bids must be submitted with earnest money of Rs. 10,000 in the form of CDR favoring the Managing Director Machine Gun Factory. Submission deadline is 23rd September 2026 by 1030 hrs at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabta Hall, with opening at 1100 hrs the same day.
