Pre-Qualification of Firms for Repair and Maintenance Services by Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad

Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad invites sealed technical bids from suppliers and contractors with established workshops in Islamabad for supply, repair, and maintenance services. The scope includes repair of transport vehicles (cars and motorcycles), rendering services, repair of machinery items, furniture, office building, miscellaneous items, printing services, and repair of hardware, software, and IT equipment. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport (Cars & Motorcycle) - Render Services - Repair of Machinery Items, Furniture Items, Office Building, Misc Items and Printing Services - Repair of Hardware Items, Software and IT Equipment The department requires firms to submit profiles and consent for pre-qualification by 16th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:45 AM in the presence of participating firms' representatives. Interested applicants can obtain terms and conditions from the office or through EPADS 2.0 portal. Applications must be prepared per pre-qualification instructions and submitted both manually and electronically. Eligibility includes having dexterous manpower and state-of-the-art workshops in Islamabad. Earnest money is required in the form of a pay order as specified for each category. This is an open frame work pre-qualification process subject to PPRA rules. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
