Pre-Qualification Proposal for Repair and Maintenance Services of Machinery, Equipment, Furniture, IT Equipment and Official Vehicles

The National Security Division (NSD) / Strategic Policy Planning Cell (SPPC), Government of Pakistan, invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible firms, contractors, bidders, suppliers, authorized dealers and service providers for repair and maintenance services during the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, computer and IT equipment (hardware and software), and official vehicles. The services are required for workshops and firms located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Air Conditioners, Electric Geyser, Fridge, Water Dispenser and Fans - Repair/Maintenance of Official Furniture and Fixtures - Repair/Maintenance of Photocopiers, Fax Machines, Computers, Printers, LCD/LED, Laptops - Repair/Maintenance of Official Vehicles including Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and Motorcycles The technical scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the above categories, ensuring quality workmanship and timely service delivery. Firms must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and have a registered office or workshop in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. A bid security of 3% of the total bid value is required in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR, submitted both electronically via E-PADS 2.0 and in original hard copy to the Deputy Secretary (Admin), NSD. Proposals must be submitted through the E-PADS 2.0 portal by the closing date of 11th September 2026 before 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 13:00 hours in the National Security Division Committee Room, Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on PPRA, NSD websites, and E-PADS 2.0 for detailed terms and conditions and eligibility criteria. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including technical proposal submission form, proof of registration, NTN, GST certificates, affidavits, and bid security are complete and uploaded correctly on E-PADS 2.0 to avoid disqualification. Also, submit the original bid security in hard copy before the deadline to the specified office address.
