Pre-Qualification for Purchase of Spare Parts and Services for R&M of Operational Executive Fleet and Containers

Suthra Punjab Agency Multan (SPA) invites eligible firms, contractors, and individuals to pre-qualify for the purchase of spare parts and services required for the repair and maintenance (R&M) of their operational executive fleet and all types of containers. This pre-qualification process is conducted under the procedures specified in the PPRA Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the pre-qualification document. Items being procured: - Spare parts for operational executive fleet - Services for repair and maintenance of fleet - Spare parts and services for all types of containers Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The detailed PQ document and notice, including terms and conditions, are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal at ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 10th November 2026. Proposals received by any other means will not be considered. The technical scope includes supply and servicing of fleet spare parts and container maintenance to ensure operational readiness. Eligibility requires compliance with PEC categories relevant to fleet maintenance, valid FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as specified in the PQ document. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Bidders are advised to carefully review the PQ document and ensure timely registration and submission through the official portal to avoid disqualification.
