Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites bids for the purchase of IT, computer, machinery items and CCTV with installation for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is open to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Government Sales Tax through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Items being procured:
- Lot-1: Laptop (01), Computer Systems (42), Laser Jet Printer (39), Printer (01), All in one interactive 86" LED with OPS & visualizer (01), USB (08), Hard Drive (07), Tonner (154)
- Lot-2: Industrial Thermal Transfer Barcode Printer (02), Copy Printers with consumables (04), Heavy Duty Document Scanner (01), Overhead/Book Scanner (01), Photocopier with consumables (02)
- Lot-3: CCTV Cameras with Installation (38)
The technical scope includes supply and installation of the listed items at the Board's premises in Rawalpindi. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the total estimated price for each lot via the Punjab E-Procurement system. The procurement will follow the Single Stage, Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities and have valid registrations. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by the deadline of 10-11-2026 at 11:30 AM. Late submissions by hand or courier will not be accepted. The technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives.
