Pre-qualification / Walk-in Registration of Vendors for Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables

Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites applications from firms with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capacities for pre-qualification walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables on a day-to-day basis through the online PPITB portal. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicines - Surgical Disposables The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab e-Procurement System rules 2024. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and institutional website. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 31.08.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Only technical proposals are invited for prequalification to be eligible to supply national, multinational, and imported medicines, medical devices, and surgical disposable items. Bidders must submit refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of financial instruments as proof of bid security submission by the deadline at the purchase cell of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology. Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or electronic submission of bids. All assessments and procurement procedures including receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab e-Procurement System rules. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. All applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of Punjab rules.
