Pre-qualification / Walk-in Registration of Vendors for Petty Purchase / RFQ of General Items at Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology

Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites applications from firms having established credentials for Technical, Financial and Managerial pre-qualification through walk-in registration for petty purchase and RFQ of general items on a day-to-day basis. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification / Walk-in Registration of Vendors for petty purchase / RFQ of General Items etc. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab e-Procurement System rules. The process will follow a single stage single envelope pre-qualification on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (https://pppunjab.gov.pk/) and the institutional website (https://www.fic.gov.pk/). Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15.09.2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Performance Security of Rs. 100,000/- will be submitted by the successful bidder and released after completion of financial year 2026-27. Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders for preparation or submission of bids. All assessments and procurement procedures including receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by the PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended) and Punjab e-Procurement System rules. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
