Provision of Premium Corporate Lounge Services at SIFC PMO

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFC) Islamabad invites bids from well-reputed, experienced firms, premium café operators, and high-end hospitality contractors for the provision of premium corporate lounge services at SIFC, PMO. This contract is aimed at serving foreign and local investors, delegates, and senior officials with subsidized rates for staff welfare. Items being procured: - End to end operation of a premium corporate lounge - Provision of commercial barista equipment including espresso machines, coffee grinders, display chillers, blenders, water filtration systems, vending machine - Crockery and cutlery including bone China or premium ceramic cups, saucers, high grade glassware, stainless steel stirring spoons, disposable cups and packaging - Coffee and tea using premium freshly roasted coffee beans and high-grade specialty blends - Baked goods and light snacks cooked/baked in house and delivered fresh daily - Staffing with professionally trained baristas, service and waiting staff The lounge facility has seating capacity for approximately 40 to 60 guests at a time. The client will provide physical space, basic utilities such as electricity and tap water, and lounge seating furniture. The contractor is responsible for the arrangement, installation, operation, and maintenance of all equipment and services. The lounge will operate from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM in summer and 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM in winter, with possible suspensions during VVIP visits. Eligibility requires bidders to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income and sales tax. The bid security is Rs. 300,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal by 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The contract period extends until 30 June 2027. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical bid clearly demonstrates availability of commercial café machinery, qualified manpower, and excellent hygiene and food safety standards, as these are critical evaluation criteria.
