Prequalification for Closed Framework Agreement for Repair, Maintenance, New Installation, Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil and Electrical Works at WAPDA Colonies Lahore

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Building Circle Lahore invites prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement covering Repair, Maintenance, New Installation, and Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil and Electrical Works in Residential Buildings at WAPDA Colonies in Jail Road Sub-Division, Lahore. This agreement aims to facilitate on-demand execution of these works through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period. Items being procured: - Repair of Civil Works - Maintenance of Civil Works - New Installation of Civil Works - Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil Works - Repair of Electrical Works - Maintenance of Electrical Works - New Installation of Electrical Works - Special/Ordinary Repair of Electrical Works The scope includes comprehensive civil and electrical maintenance and repair services for residential buildings within WAPDA colonies, ensuring upkeep and functional integrity.
