Prequalification of Event Management Firms for Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department Punjab

The Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department Punjab invites eligible, experienced, and financially sound Event Management Firms to prequalify for a one-year period through electronic applications under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. This prequalification aims to identify firms capable of integrated planning and execution of national and international conferences, summits, seminars, official ceremonies, cultural and tourism events, government meetings, public events, foreign-delegation visits, SCO and ECO engagements, and other comparable high-level official events. Items being procured: - Integrated event management services covering national and international conferences - Summits and seminars - Official ceremonies - Cultural and tourism events - Government meetings - Public events - Foreign delegation visits - SCO and ECO engagements Applicants must have valid Income Tax Registration, Active Taxpayer Status, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Revenue Authority Registration, Professional Tax Certificate, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The services constitute one integrated requirement; partial applications for individual components will not be accepted. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. Manual submissions by hand, courier, post, email, or facsimile will be rejected. Firms scoring at least 70 out of 100 marks in technical evaluation will be prequalified. Electronic applications will be opened in the presence of the Departmental Committee and participating firms' representatives.
