All works must comply with the specifications and BOQ provided in the bidding documents. Only contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and fulfilling all eligibility requirements are eligible to participate. Earnest Money at 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory, to be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13-10-2026, 12:00 PM, and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A practical tip: Ensure your Digital Bank Guarantee is transmitted via SWIFT MT760 to the designated advising bank with the correct Tender Reference Number and PSID to avoid bid rejection due to invalid security.
