Prequalification for Closed Framework Agreement for Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Civil and Electrical Works at WAPDA House Lahore

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement concerning the repair, maintenance, new installation, and special/ordinary repair of civil and electrical works in non-residential buildings at WAPDA House, Lahore. This prequalification is intended to shortlist contractors who will be eligible to participate in subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and to enter into a Framework Agreement for on-demand execution of the specified works through Call-Off Contracts during the agreement period. The Framework Agreement will be valid for seven months, with the expectation that Invitations to Bid will be issued to prequalified contractors by Monday, November 02, 2026, and the agreement signed by Tuesday, December 01, 2026. Interested contractors must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal and comply with eligibility criteria outlined in the prequalification documents.
