Prequalification for Open Framework Agreement for Misc MT Related Items and Vehicle Repair at Sector N-5 Central-III, NHMP Rahim Yar Khan

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the purchase of miscellaneous MT related items and repair of official vehicles for the fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 at Sector N-5 Central-III, NHMP Complex, Karamabad Rahim Yar Khan. The supply of materials will be delivered at the MT Branch Lines Headquarter of Sector N-5 Central-III Rahim Yar Khan. Interested suppliers must be registered with NTN, GST, and active tax payer list and registered on the PPRA e-procurement portal EPADS version 2.0. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous MT related items - Repair services for official vehicles Prequalification documents can be purchased for a nonrefundable fee of Rs.1000 or downloaded free from E-PADS and NHMP website. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 along with hard copies at the address mentioned. Bid security in the form of CDR of Rs. 25,000 in the name of Sector Commander N-5 C-III Rahim Yar Khan is required. Only bids submitted through EPADS and hard form with pay order/CDRs will be entertained. Late applications will be rejected. Initially, open framework agreements will be signed with prequalified firms for the period mentioned. A mini competition will be held for each procurement. Bid security CDRs of Rs. 50,000 of successfully prequalified firms will be retained as performance security.
