Prequalification for Furniture Manufacturers, General Order Suppliers, Fabricators and Transportation Services

Government Wood Working Service Centre, Rawalpindi invites prequalification applications from Manufacturers, Fabricators, Suppliers, Firms and Goods Transporters for procurement of goods and services for the financial year 2026-27 under PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Furniture Manufacturers (Finished & Semi Finished Furniture Items) - General Order Suppliers (General Store Items) - Fabricators (Fabrication of Composite Steel Furniture and others) - Transportation Services The scope includes supply of pipe material, wooden and metal furniture/components, plastic furniture/components, raw material, hardware, board material, paint material, foam, and relevant services along with different consumable items as and when required. Eligible applicants must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and PRA Punjab departments. Applications are available free of cost on PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System portals. Interested bidders must submit their applications online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk on or before Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 11:00 am. Applications will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained. A non-refundable prequalification fee of Rs. 20,000/- in favor of TEVTA Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi must be submitted via Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR with the application. Prequalification documents are available free of cost immediately after notice publication on PPRA Punjab and TEVTA websites. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their applications ensuring all required registrations and documents are complete to avoid disqualification. Timely submission through the official e-procurement portal is essential to participate in this prequalification process.
