Prequalification of General Order Suppliers for Ravi Urban Development Authority Lahore

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Lahore is inviting sealed bids for the prequalification of General Order Suppliers. This procurement is aimed at establishing a panel of qualified suppliers who can provide various goods as required by RUDA for its ongoing and future projects in Lahore. The prequalification document (PQD) can be obtained from the Procurement Wing of RUDA located at 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore. The document is available upon payment of a non-refundable tender cost of PKR 10,000 by pay order issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 90 days, in favor of RUDA. The scope of this procurement covers general order supplies which may include a wide range of goods needed for urban development activities. Vendors must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) as applicable. Experience in supplying to government departments and valid FBR/ATL registration is essential. Sealed bids must be submitted at the RUDA office on or before 18 August 2026 by 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Incomplete or overwritten bids will be rejected and multiple submissions from a single firm are not allowed. In case the submission date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the pay order for the tender cost is attached with the bidding document as bids without this will not be accepted.
