Procurement of Miscellaneous Cap Building Equipment, Tools and Machines for FY 2026-27

CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of ground support equipment, tools, and machines to fulfill anticipated LP demands for dependent users during the Financial Year 2026-27. The department is seeking bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractor firms who can demonstrate valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Departments, as well as an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Registration with the Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or other relevant Army procurement authorities is also required. Bidders must submit their lowest and best prices for standard stores as per Army Specifications/General Staff Requirement (GSR). Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation charges, and rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order/CDR amounting to Rs. 300,000 is mandatory with the bid submission. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi by 25 Nov 2026, 1100 hours, after which bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Late tenders will be rejected and returned unopened. All bidders are bound by the Official Secret Act 1923 to ensure confidentiality.
