Prequalification of Laboratories for Histopathology Services for Financial Year 2026-27 at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites prequalification bids from well reputed laboratories of government or private sectors registered with e-Punjab Procurement system and relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for Histopathology Services for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Histopathology laboratory services for the financial year 2026-27 Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available in English and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and e-Punjab portal. Bids must be submitted online on or before 14-10-2026 at 10:00 am via Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement system and provide 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque. Technical proposals and bid security must be uploaded online. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires registration with relevant authorities, valid FBR/ATL status, and earnest money deposit. Hard copies of bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
