Prequalification for Procurement of Furniture Items at RHO NADRA Lahore and Offices

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites applications for prequalification of suppliers for procurement of furniture items through open framework agreements for a period of three years. This prequalification is intended to identify capable contractors/companies for subsequent invitation to bid(s) and call-off quotations for on-demand supply of furniture items at RHO NADRA Lahore and its offices located in Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Narowal, Kasur, Okara, Nankana Sahib, and Sialkot districts. Items being procured include: - High Back Executive Revolving Chairs with various features including adjustable arms and headrests - Computer chairs with lockable revolving and tilting mechanisms - Counter chairs and visitor chairs with powder coated pipe frames - Executive tables and office tables with drawers, finished in polish or laminate with export quality veneer and MDF - Side racks with drawers and keyboard trays - Manager tables L-shape with powder coated legs - File cabinets of various sizes with laminate finish - Anodized aluminum workstations for multiple persons with keyboard trays and mobile drawers - Executive tables with side racks made of shisham wood and vin board - Single seater sofas with imported leatherite - Various stools including normal and executive visitor stools - Lockers and steel file cabinets of different gauges - Plastic visitor sofas with iron pipe frames - Steel plastic folding tables and folding chairs - Steel three-seater benches with and without cushions, heavy duty with epoxy coating The scope includes supply and delivery to NADRA offices as per call-off orders. Bidders must provide samples for technical evaluation when required. The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Regulatory Framework of Pakistan. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, sales tax registration, active taxpayer status, and no debarment. The prequalification process requires submission of applications in sealed envelopes by 1100 hrs on 02 October 2026 at the address: Director Admin, RHO NADRA, 73-Trade Center M.A Johar Town Lahore. Applications will be opened at 1130 hrs the same day. Technical evaluation will consider quality, compliance with specifications, and bidder qualifications. Financial bids will be invited from prequalified suppliers. The contract includes a one-year warranty on goods. Delivery charges and timely delivery as per call-off orders are the responsibility of the contractor. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The lowest evaluated bid will be accepted, with provisions for awarding to the second lowest bidder if necessary.
