Prequalification and Registration for Supply of Medicines, Medical Devices and Surgical Disposables

Bidders must be well-reputed retail pharmacies holding a Drug Sale License on Form 9 for LPDD and Drug Sale License (DSL) on Form 11 for LPQ vendors. The original performance guarantee or tender security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Demand Draft amounting to PKR 50,000 must be submitted before the closing time to avoid rejection.
