Prequalification/Registration for Supply of Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items at DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal

DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal invites bids through Punjab e-procurement system (eP) for prequalification/registration of LPDD bidders for supply of medicines and surgical disposable/medical devices on day to day basis for the year 2026-27. Items being procured: - National / Multinational / Imported medicines - Medical Devices - Surgical Disposable items Bidders must be well reputed retail pharmacies having Drug Sale License on Form 9 within 20 Km radius of the hospital for supplying these items as LP Contractor. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bidding documents in English with detailed requirements, terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRA and Punjab e-procurement websites. Original Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal must be delivered before closing time, otherwise bids will be rejected. All documents must be properly tagged and signed by authorized persons. Bid validity period is 180 days. Bids will be opened on 20th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be opened on the next official working day at the same time and venue. Taxes will be applicable as per Government rules.
