Prequalification for Provision of Repair & Maintenance Services of ACs with Parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and Its Offices

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office (RHO) Lahore invites applications for prequalification of firms and vendors for the provision of repair and maintenance services of air conditioners (ACs) with parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and its offices located in Lahore and surrounding districts including Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Narowal, Kasur, Okara, Nankana Sahib, Wazirabad, and Sialkot. This prequalification is for establishing a closed framework agreement for one year, enabling on-demand supply of repair and maintenance services through subsequent call-off contracts. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of AC repair and maintenance parts and services categorized by AC tonnage from 0.75 Ton to 50 Ton VRF units. The detailed list includes outdoor fans, fan motors, power supply cables, indoor and outdoor fan motors, control wires, indoor kits, blower bushes, flyer nuts, blowers, service valves, filters, swing motors, remotes, evaporators, magnetic connectors, condensers, capillaries, valves, inverter kits, duct pattis, breakers, refrigerant gases (R.22, R.410/A, R.32), compressors, copper pipes, drain pipes, capacitors, brackets, flexible drain pipes, wall cutting/trenching, motor rewinding, valve fitting, system flush with nitrogen, compressor fitting charges, condenser fitting, AC installation, dismantling, normal and general services, pipe leak repairing, kit repairing, emergency complaints in Lahore and outside Lahore, and other related repair jobs. The scope covers repair and maintenance services at NADRA RHO Lahore and its offices with quantities varying by item and AC capacity. The contract will be awarded based on lot-wise evaluation, with the primary award on Lot-2. The prequalified contractors will participate in the primary procurement process and sign a closed framework agreement for one year. The quantity of work may vary according to NADRA's requirements or financial constraints. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, PRA, and PEC where applicable, active taxpayer status, and no debarment from federal or provincial government agencies. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated with a minimum bid validity of 120 days. The financial bid should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments will be made after successful completion of services and submission of job completion certificates duly signed by the concerned office and inspection committee. The contractor is responsible for delivery charges and must provide a one-year warranty on services. Liquidated damages apply for delays. NADRA reserves the right to terminate the contract with 30 days' notice for unsatisfactory performance or other reasons.
