Prequalification for Repair / Maintenance of Technical Equipment at Anti Narcotics Force Head Quarter Rawalpindi

The Anti Narcotics Force Pakistan (ANF), headquartered in Rawalpindi, is inviting bids for the prequalification of firms for repair and maintenance of various technical equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the upkeep and operational efficiency of critical equipment at the ANF Head Quarter located at Wavel Line, Opposite Nur Khan Base, Chaklala Cantt., Rawalpindi. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Items being procured include: - Repair/maintenance of Computer Hardware/ IT Equipment including laptops, desktops, UPS, printers, scanners, projectors, digital cameras, network switches, and batteries - Repair/maintenance of Air Conditioners including split and floor standing units of various brands - Repair/maintenance of CCTV Cameras along with NVRs, cables, and accessories - Repair/maintenance of LED TVs of multiple brands - Repair/maintenance of Communication items and miscellaneous items such as telephone sets, HF/VHF sets, conference systems - Repair/maintenance of Solar Systems including panels, circuit breakers, inverters - Repair/maintenance of Portable Generators of various brands - Repair/maintenance of Siemens Exchange Hipath 3800 and Panasonic Exchange telephone equipment - Repair/maintenance of Power Supply Transformers - Repair/maintenance of Photostat Machines of various brands - Repair/maintenance of Comlab Jammer - Repair/maintenance of Miscellaneous Machinery items including Narco scanners, batteries, stabilizers, ATS panels, road blockers, copper bus bars, and inverters The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance services, requiring technical expertise and availability of genuine spare parts. The work will be carried out at the ANF Head Quarter premises in Rawalpindi with a delivery schedule of 7 days for each item category. Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, FBR NTN and GST registration, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 5,000 per category in the form of a Pay Order. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on September 4, 2026. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered to the ANF Head Quarter before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
