Pre-qualification for Repair & Maintenance of Machinery, Equipment, Furniture, Hardware and IT Equipment at Customs Academy Islamabad

Customs Academy of Pakistan, Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of workshops registered with Income Tax/Sales Tax departments and having their own office/workshop/LAB/Shop/Store in Islamabad for repair and maintenance services during the Financial Year 2026-27 through a Framework Agreement. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment - Furniture and Fixture repair - Repair of Hardware - Repair of I.T Equipment The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works covering machinery, equipment, furniture, hardware, and IT equipment at the Customs Academy premises. Interested firms must demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience, possess adequate physical infrastructure including workshop space, repair facilities, and have qualified mechanical and technical staff. Financial capability is also required, with a minimum bank statement balance of PKR 3 million subject to verification. The workshop must have sufficient parking and inspection areas, availability of spare parts, and valid GST/NTN registration. Blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper is mandatory. The selected workshops will be required to perform work promptly, including odd hours, and provide warranty replacements free of cost. Bidders must submit sealed tenders via e-PADS or by hand at Customs Academy of Pakistan, CDA Block-III, G-6, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on 26-10-2026. Technical bids will be physically verified by a committee prior to prequalification. A pay order of PKR 50,000 as call deposit in favor of Deputy Director, Customs Academy Islamabad must accompany the bid.
