Prequalification of Constructors/Firms for Construction of Shahdara Dam at Islamabad on EPC Basis

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-applications from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A for the project titled 'Construction of Shahdara Dam at Islamabad' on an Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) basis. This prequalification process is aimed at shortlisting capable constructors/firms for the execution of this significant infrastructure project in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Construction of Shahdara Dam at Islamabad on EPC basis The detailed pre-qualification documents, including terms, conditions, and requirements, are available electronically for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website www.ppra.org.pk. Bidders must prepare their electronic proposals strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in these documents. Only electronic submissions via EPADS will be accepted, with the deadline for submission set at 28-10-2026 by 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. The electronic proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. Notifications regarding the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) formed under Rule-65 of the Public Procurement Rules-2026 are also available on the EPADS and PPRA websites. Interested firms should be registered with PEC in Category C-A and must comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the prequalification documents.
