Tender Description
Islamabad Club invites bids from Government / FBR Registered firms (NTN Registered) for the Supply of Fresh Beef & Mutton and Frozen Chicken on FOR Basis. Items being procured:
- Fresh Beef
- Mutton
- Frozen Chicken
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions for submission of bids, procurement method, eligibility, and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from IC/PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through email along with the hard copy in the procurement office. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000 payable via CDR, PO, DD, or online submission. Offers without payment of tender fee will not be entertained.
The tender fee should be submitted to Faysal Bank, Tendering and Contracts, Account # PK81FAYS0001132031116145. Tender submission deadline is 15th September 2026 by 12:00 PM, and tender opening will be at 12:30 PM on the same day.
Suppliers should ensure they are registered with FBR and have NTN. This prequalification is an opportunity to establish a supply relationship with Islamabad Club for fresh meat and frozen chicken supplies.
