Tender Description
Islamabad Club invites prequalification bids from Government and FBR registered firms for the supply of fresh beef, mutton, and frozen chicken on FOR basis at Islamabad. This procurement is under a framework agreement for the financial year 26/27. Items being procured include fresh beef round (15-18 kg), beef bong (1.5-2.0 kg boneless), beef fillet with and without head (1.5-3.5 kg), beef paya (1000-1300 g each), beef chop (3-4 kg rack), T-bone (450-500 g each), beef leg with bone (18-20 kg), fresh whole male mutton (8-12 kg), mutton leg male (3.5-5 kg), mutton rack (2-2.5 kg), mutton top loin, fresh mutton brain (100+ g), mutton paya (250-300 g each), mutton and beef fat, liver, lamb whole male (13-16 kg), lamb fat/caul, quail/batair (150-200 g), and various frozen chicken items including whole frozen chicken with and without skin, breast fillet, thigh, wings, liver, legs, qorma cuts, karahi cuts, and smoked chicken strips.
The technical scope requires all meat to be fresh, hygienic, halal certified, free from additives, preservatives, hormones, and antibodies, sourced from healthy animals, processed and transported under cold chain conditions (10-40°C) in chemical-free vehicles exclusively designed for beef and mutton supply. Delivery must be before noon on supply date. Bidders must have PEC registration, NTN, valid halal certification, chemical-free chiller vans, and must not be blacklisted. Technical evaluation includes company experience, halal registration, financial health, technical experience, non-blacklisting, and availability of customized vehicles. Earnest money and tender fee of Rs. 10,000 in shape of CDR/PO/DD/online submission is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted via email to procurement@islamabadclub.org.pk with a hard copy at the Islamabad Club Purchase Office by 15 September 2026 before 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be at 12:30 PM the same day. Payment terms are after 25-30 days of satisfactory delivery with no advance payment. Offers must remain valid for 90 days. Non-compliance or late submissions will be rejected. One practical tip: Ensure all annexures are completely and correctly filled and signed to avoid disqualification.
