Prequalification for Supply of Bazar Material and Road Maintenance Works by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for prequalification of contractors/firms for supply and maintenance works within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of CMES (A) Attock and under Command GE (A) Atd, GE (A) PMA, AGE (A) Atk and Div Stock / Central Stock. The works include: - TC / DC and Supply of Bazar Material (E&M & B&R) for GE (A) Atd, GE (A) PMA & AGE (A) Attock - Construction, Repair, Renovation, and Maintenance Works (B&R and E&M) and Repair / Maintenance of Roads at Atd, PMA, Hvn, Ski, Atk & Mansar etc Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials and demonstrate sufficient experience in the relevant field. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D & E with relevant experience should apply. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Applications must be received by 1130 hours on 21 September 2026, with tenders opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules. Applications must include detailed information on work executed in the last two years, agency, amount of work, time allowed, dates of commencement and completion, percentage progress, and departmental performance reports. Bidders are advised to ensure their PEC registration is valid and to prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, as only qualified contractors will be issued tender documents. Timely submission and compliance with all requirements will improve chances of successful prequalification.
