Prequalification for Supply of Dry Food Items, Eggs, Fresh Vegetables, Roti, Beef Boneless, Chicken Broiler, Housing and Cleaning Services

The Health Department of Muzaffarabad Physical Rehabilitation Centre (MPRC) invites prequalification of suppliers as per Rule 18(A) of AJK PPRA Rules, 2017. This procurement is for the financial year July 2026 to June 2027 and targets financially stable suppliers/firms. Items being procured: - Dry Food Items - Eggs - Fresh Vegetables - Roti - Beef Boneless - Chicken Broiler - Housing and Cleaning The scope covers supply of food items and provision of housing and cleaning services at the Physical Rehabilitation Centre. Suppliers must ensure quality and timely delivery of perishable and non-perishable goods, along with maintaining cleanliness and housing standards at the facility. The procurement committee requires earnest money in the form of bid security as specified for each lot. Eligibility criteria include financial stability, valid FBR registration, and compliance with AJK PPRA rules. Suppliers should be prepared to submit a CDR as bid security and demonstrate relevant experience in supplying similar items or services. The tender documents can be obtained from the MPRC admin section upon payment of Rs. 100 non-refundable fee. The last date for submission of proposals is 13-08-2026 at 10:00 hrs, with opening at 11:00 hrs on the same day in the presence of suppliers or their authorized representatives at MPRC. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation as per AJK PPRA rules.
