Prequalification of Travel Agents for Arrangement of Air Tickets by Trade Development Authority of Pakistan

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from eligible and experienced travel agents for prequalification to provide air-ticket reservation, issuance and related services for TDAP officials, delegations, guests and other authorized travelers as and when required in Karachi. Items being procured: - Air-ticket reservations and issuance - Competitive fare quotations - Itinerary recommendations - Ticket changes - Cancellations - Refunds - Rebooking - Related travel assistance in accordance with TDAP's requirements and authorization The scope includes comprehensive travel services covering all aspects of air ticket management for official travel needs. Interested applicants must fulfill eligibility requirements including valid NTN, active taxpayer status, provincial sales tax registration, signed undertakings against blacklisting, declaration on litigation status, minimum five years of travel business experience with documentary evidence, and valid IATA certification. Applications along with all required supporting documents must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) as per the published procurement notice and PPRA rules.
