Tender Description
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal is procuring essential goods including the printing of answer sheets and continuation sheets, specialized equipment for AI lab work, and degree folders. This procurement is aimed at supporting the academic and research infrastructure of the university located in Sheringal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope covers three schedules: Schedule A involves high-quality printing of examination answer sheets and continuation sheets; Schedule B includes procurement of advanced equipment tailored for AI laboratory applications as per detailed specifications; Schedule C requires supply of durable degree folders for official use.
Firms interested in participating must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and comply with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security in the form of 2% of the bid price is mandatory, payable via call deposit or pay order in favor of SBBU Receipt Account at HBL. The technical and financial bids will be submitted through the e-PAD electronic procurement system, following the Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure.
The last date for submission of bids is 21st May 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT, with bid opening scheduled 30 minutes later at the Convener Purchase Committee office within the university premises. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete and compliant to avoid disqualification.
