Procurement of Printing Items for SSC Examinations 2025-2026

The Board of Secondary Education Karachi invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the procurement of various printing items required for SSC Examinations 2025-2026. The scope includes printing and supply of examination forms, certificates, registers, envelopes, practical sheets, and other related stationery items as per detailed specifications. Bids will be evaluated on a quality-cum-rate basis with strict adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of three years experience in similar assignments, a turnover of at least Rs. 12,500,000 over the last three years, valid registrations with EPADS and FBR, and submission of bid security and tender fee. The contract duration is approximately one month after award with performance security required. Submission of e-bids on the EPADS portal is mandatory alongside hard copies. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2025).
