The Institute of Regional Studies (IRS) Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of printing services for the Journal Regional Studies, including selection from Regional Press, Spotlight, Focus, Books, Reports and Cards. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P138084. Items being procured: - Printing of Journal Regional Studies - Selection from Regional Press - Spotlight - Focus - Books - Reports - Cards The scope includes high-quality promotional or advertising printing as per detailed specifications provided in Annex-I. The delivery location is Sector F-5/2, Attaturk Avenue, Islamabad Capital Territory with a delivery schedule of 15 days. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all bidding requirements including submission of bid security in the form of a Banker's Cheque. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
