Purchases and Repair Services for Collectorate of Customs Enforcement-Indus Multan

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement-Indus Multan invites online bids through E-PADS 2.0 from eligible dealers and firms registered for income tax and sales tax for procurement in the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes multiple lots covering transportation of goods, stationery, printing and publication, uniform and protective clothing, payment for other services rendered, expenditure on confiscated goods, cost of other stores, computer stationery, and ration supplies. Additionally, there is an invitation for pre-qualification for repair services including repair of transport, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, office building, hardware, and IT equipment. The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope bidding. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement-Indus Multan issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Original bid security must be submitted before the deadline. Only bids submitted through E-PADS 2.0 will be accepted. The procurement will follow budget availability and PPRA Rules 2004.
