Tender Description
Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of printing, packing and delivery of trainee manuals. This procurement is conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations.
Items being procured:
- Printing, Packing & Delivery of Trainee Manuals (Quantity: 121,488)
The scope includes the complete process of printing, packing, and delivering the trainee manuals as per the specifications provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and comply with all technical and financial requirements including submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost.
Bidding documents specifying the specification, quantity, evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions are available for free download at PPRA website, Punjab e-Procurement portal, and PVTC website. Encrypted electronic scanned PDF bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. The submission deadline is **September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM** with bid opening scheduled for **September 21, 2026 at 11:30 AM**. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid security must be paid digitally for each lot separately through any bank in favor of Punjab Vocational Training Council using the Punjab e-procurement portal. PVTC will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids. A pre-bid meeting will be held at PVTC office, 134-A Industrial Estate Green Town Lahore on September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
