Procurement of 110V DC Battery Charger & Battery Bank

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 110V DC Battery Charger and Battery Bank under the reference number P132439 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery scheduled at QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Items being procured: - Battery Charger, Auto battery charger unit, Quantity: 8 units, Warranty: 24 months - Battery Bank, 110V DC, 150AH (55 Cells), Quantity: 8 units, Warranty: 24 months The technical specifications for the Battery Charger comply with NTDC Specification P-133:95 (Amended to Date), and for the Battery Bank with NTDC Specification No. 132:2019 (Amended to Date). Bidders must ensure that all goods conform to these specifications and standards. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities, no blacklisting, valid prototype/type test reports from accredited laboratories, manufacturer authorization if applicable, and proven supply record with QESCO/WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs. Financial soundness is required with audited financial statements for the last three years, positive net worth, and cash flow sufficient for contract execution. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members.
