Tender Description
The Material Management department of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 11 KV Bus Coupler Panel 25KA and 132 KV Bus Isolator Complete under contract reference P83905 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are encouraged to participate in this tender. Items being procured:
- 11 KV Bus Medium Voltage Coupler Panel (Quantity: 4)
- 132 KV Bus Isolator Complete Switches (Quantity: 2)
The technical specifications require compliance with applicable NTDC/WAPDA/PPMC standards ensuring proper mechanical fitment, electrical compatibility, and reliable operation within the existing switchgear panels. Bidders must provide documentary evidence of eligibility, manufacturer authorization, and conformity to specifications. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee. The delivery schedule is 120 days from the date of contract award.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of bid security physically at Room # 313, PESCO HQ, Peshawar.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, non-blacklisting affidavit, and prior experience with DISCOs or WAPDA formations. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. A practical tip for bidders is to register early on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions or non-compliance with bid security requirements.
