Procurement of 11kV Dropout Cutout and H.T Steel Structure by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of essential electrical goods for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes two main items: 11kV Dropout Cutout (S/I) and H.T Steel Structure 58 Feet. These items are critical for maintaining and upgrading the electrical infrastructure in Peshawar. Items being procured: - 11kV Dropout Cutout (S/I) - H.T Steel Structure 58 Feet The procurement will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulatory guidelines. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar. The bid security must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted or e-bids entered before the deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM via the E-PADS v2.0 system. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform are encouraged to register promptly. Eligibility criteria include compliance with PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money as bid security. Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids without the required bid security and samples will be rejected.
