Procurement of 11kV Pin Insulator (Polluted Type)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 11kV Pin Insulator (Polluted Type) under Tender No. 1971/26 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at Regional Store HESCO in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah. Items being procured: - 11kV Pin Insulator (Polluted Type), Quantity: 22,500 numbers The insulators must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. P-6:76 (amended to date). The supply will be on Free Consignee Stores (FCS) basis at the designated regional stores. The delivery period is 90 days from the date of purchase order issuance. Bidders must be registered manufacturers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and have demonstrated at least one purchase order of similar items with satisfactory completion within the last 5 years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
