Procurement of 11KV Pins for Steel X-Arm (Normal)

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 11KV Pins for Steel X-Arm (Normal) under Tender No. 1983/26. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 11KV Pins for Steel X-Arm (Normal), Quantity: 35,000 Nos. The pins must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-12:87 (amended to date). Delivery is to be made free consignee stores (FCS) at Regional Store HESCO MCPL Workshop Jamshoro / Nawabshah. The supplier is responsible for unloading the goods. The delivery period is essential and must be completed as per the schedule specified in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and active taxpayer status, pre-qualification with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, valid prototype approval or undertaking for fresh approval, and no blacklisting by any government organization. Bidders must also demonstrate at least one purchase order of similar items completed satisfactorily within the last five years. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
