Tender Description
Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed e-bids on Single Stage-One Envelope basis for the procurement of 132/11.5kV, 31.5/40MVA Power Transformers with all allied accessories under National Competitive Bidding procedure for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery to SEPCO Warehouse at 132KV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur. Items being procured:
- 132/11.5kV, 31.5/40MVA Power Transformer with extended creepage and all allied accessories (Quantity: 6 units)
The transformers must comply with NTDC Specification P-46:08 (amended to date) and IEC standards. Delivery schedule requires 50% of the quantity within 150 days and the remaining 50% within 210 days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order. Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized dealers with at least 5 years manufacturing experience and 3 years operational experience for similar equipment. Bid security of 2% of total bid amount excluding GST is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. The bid validity period is 120 days. Partial payments against partial delivery are allowed. Inspection will be conducted by SEPCO/NTDC representatives with applicable inspection fees. Warranty period is 18 months from installation or 24 months from delivery, whichever is earlier.

Hard copy of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at SEPCO office, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, near Session Court, Sukkur.
