Procurement of 132kV Lightning Arrestor with SSS & 11kV Lightning Arrestor

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed e-bids on Single Stage-One Envelope basis for the procurement of 132kV Lightning Arrestor with SSS and 11kV Lightning Arrestor under National Competitive Bidding procedure for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at SEPCO Warehouse near 132kV Grid Station, Arain Road Sukkur, Sindh. Items being procured:\n- 23 units of 132kV Lightning Surge Arrestor with SSS\n- 30 units of 11kV Lightning Surge Arrestor\n The technical specifications conform to NTDC Specification P-181:2012 (amended to date) and IEC standards. Bidders must provide valid type test reports or be prepared for testing at approved laboratories. Delivery period is 180 days or earlier from the date of issuance of Purchase Order. Partial delivery and payment are allowed. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers with at least 5 years manufacturing experience and 3 years satisfactory operational experience. Financial soundness, including positive net worth and average annual turnover twice the bid price, is required. Bid security of 2% of total bid amount excluding GST is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 28 September 2026 at 12:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid prices shall be firm and fixed, inclusive of custom duty, port clearance, and transportation charges up to the warehouse but exclusive of sales tax and SED. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15%.
