Tender Description
The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 132kV Line Current Transformers (C.T) 1200/600/300/5/5A with SSS under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for delivery to the SEPCO Warehouse located at 132KV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur, Sindh.

- 132kV Line C.T 1200/600/300/5/5A with SSS, Quantity: 44 units
The technical specifications require compliance with NTDC Specification P-90:2012 (amended to date) and IEC standards. The goods must be new, tested, and conform to the highest quality standards. The delivery period is 180 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial deliveries are allowed with partial payments accordingly.
Bidders must be registered manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience for the tendered material, supported by satisfactory operational certificates and purchase orders from the last five years. Financial soundness is mandatory with positive net worth and average annual turnover exceeding twice the quoted price. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Call Deposit from a scheduled bank.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Monday, September 28, 2026. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, near Session Court, Sukkur before the bid submission deadline. Manual bids or late submissions will be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0 in the presence of bidders' representatives.
The procurement will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements, and submit complete documentation including power of attorney, schedule of prices, delivery schedule, technical data, and non-blacklisting undertakings.
