Procurement of 14 MT Spares (D&M) and 2 MT Spares (Armt) for Directorate General Procurement (Army)

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific spares. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), attested sales tax registration and NTN certificates, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, attested bank statement for the last year, attested CNIC of managing director, certificate of non-default and non-blacklisting, details of government/semi-government work experience, details of moveable/immoveable property/assets, and proof of manufacturing or agency agreement for non-registered firms. Original challan form no. 32-A for Rs 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 million) through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is required as earnest money. The offer validity is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of store value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
