Procurement of 145kV, 40kA, 2000A Bus Isolator with SSS by Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 145kV, 40kA, 2000A Bus Isolator with SSS under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under SEPCO's own resources and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 145kV, 40kA, 2000A Bus Isolator with SSS, Quantity: 21 sets The goods are to be delivered to the SEPCO Warehouse at 132KV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur within 180 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. The supply must comply with NTDC specifications and IEC standards, with all technical and quality requirements as per the bidding documents. Bidders must provide valid type test reports or be prepared for testing at approved laboratories. The bid prices shall be firm, fixed, and inclusive of all duties, custom clearance, and transportation charges up to the designated warehouse, exclusive of sales tax and SED. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience, satisfactory operational experience certificates, financial soundness with positive net worth for the last 3 years, and average annual turnover at least twice the quoted price. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is required. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required upon award.
