National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites electronic bids from reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement involves supply of goods and services related to the re-location and re-routing of underground (UG) cables, including Optical Fiber Cables (OFC) and copper cables, along with smart equipment. Items being procured: - Re-Location/Re-Routing of UG Cables (OFC & Copper) with smart equipment The project scope includes shifting cable routes from people's colony to a new designated area, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining service quality. Bidders must have relevant experience in similar telecom infrastructure projects and be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per NTC regulations. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk/index). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before the bid closing date and time of 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
