Procurement of 15-KV XLPE 3-Core 35 mm sq Cable by Lahore Electric Supply Company

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 15-KV XLPE 3-Core 35 mm sq Cable under Tender No. 4468 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the distribution network in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - 15-KV XLPE 3-Core 35 mm sq Cable, quantity 15 Km each for LESCO Regional Stores at Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki. The cables must conform strictly to Specification No. P-29:2010 (Amended to date) and meet the standards of NGC / PPMC. Prototype approval from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore is mandatory before mass production if not already possessed. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages. Inspection will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives. Delivery schedule requires 100% quantity supply within 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized suppliers with at least one year manufacturing experience and six months supply experience of similar or higher capacity equipment. Bidders must be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration and must not be blacklisted. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Friday, October 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
